Applications for our Housing Sustainability Assistance Awards will be open the week of November 6, 2023. Applications must be submitted by an agency or organization working with the family or individual. Priority will be given to applicants living within our service area of Chicago South Side and Chicago South Suburbs in Cook County, IL. Application deadline is December 15, 2023. Awards will be announced January 15, 2024.
